Oliver Duke Bio

Oliver is a Partner in our Corporate Group and his work focuses on cross border, private equity and venture capital transactions. He acts for a range of investors, sponsors and sponsor-backed corporate clients, many of which are located outside of the UK. The cross-border mandates he advises on regularly involve multiple market practices, regulatory frameworks and tax regimes. Clients describe Oliver as: “exceptional at guiding us through the nuances to UK transactions”, “top notch” and “highly recommended to others” (Legal 500), and he has been ranked as a Thomson Reuters Stand Out Lawyer 2024. Oliver is a member of the Walker Morris International Committee, with responsibility for relationships with other international law firms, and he regularly participates in the International Bar Association and the Association for Corporate Growth conferences. Oliver is also a member of Walker Morris’ Innovation Committee and Women in Leadership group.
