Jo Stephenson Bio

Jo is a Partner in our Corporate Group. Experienced in advising on a wide range of corporate matters, Jo’s work is particularly focused on cross-border M&A, private equity and healthcare. Jo is the head of our Healthcare Group. Solving complex issues and delivering deals for clients is the most rewarding part of Jo’s role and of her approach to client work, she says, “you need to understand a client to be in a position to work seamlessly with them”. “Jo knows how execute a transaction and get everyone marching in the right direction” Jo is highly motivated and dedicated, and she strives to deliver excellent client service: “this involves not just being on top of the issues and being able to find practical solutions for them, but also being flexible in the way in which advice is provided and matters handled”. Recognised by clients and colleagues for both her personable nature and technical ability, Jo says, “I enjoy working alongside clients and helping them achieve their goals”.
