Thomas Mieszkowski is Partner in our Corporate Group. Known for his work with private equity houses, their portfolio companies and management teams, Thomas works collaboratively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver a top-quality result. Thomas’ work covers all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on M&A transactions. Thomas recognises the importance of seeing things from his clients’ perspective, and “the most important thing for me is to really understand the client’s key objectives and to work hard to ensure that they are met as part of an efficient transaction“. It can be challenging to manage the different interests of various stakeholders on a transaction but Thomas knows this is a vital part of getting the results he needs for his clients. Describing his role as “at the coal face of transactions”, Thomas believes this demonstrates the firm’s important commitment to providing partner led advice.
