Daniel Gorman is a Partner in our Corporate Group and is recognised as a leading lawyer for his work advising on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. Daniel has particular experience in cross-border transactions and advising corporate, institutional, private equity and financial sponsor clients on both public and private M&A transactions and equity fundraisings. Daniel chairs Walker Morris’ international committee and is responsible for the firm’s international work and relationships with other independent law firms around the world. Daniel has been consistently recommended by the Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories for many years now, including in the latest editions (2021/22). Daniel is recognised in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers and has previously been listed in The Lawyer magazine’s “Hot 100” list as one of the leading corporate lawyers and dealmakers practising in the UK. Daniel is also a trustee of the Hull Maritime Foundation and of Northern Broadsides Theatre Company.
