Fariyal Tahseen Bio

Fariyal Tahseen practice includes advising a variety of private equity houses and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, finance and restructuring. Her focus is on work related to the telecom sector (including telecom operators as well as telecom infrastructure providers), infrastructure development and hospitality sectors. She also advises clients on securities laws including rights issues, buy backs, takeovers, foreign bond issuances and delisting of listed companies.
