Disha Shetty is a part of the firm’s real estate practice comprising real estate litigation and real estate transactions. Her area of expertise includes litigation/dispute resolution and arbitration pertaining to real estate, development/redevelopment of properties under incentive scheme such as slum rehabilitation scheme, municipal and town planning laws, constitutional matters, disputes under Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws, partnership disputes, etc. She regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, Apex Grievance Redressal Committee and other Tribunals in such matters. Her field of practice also includes transactional and advisory work pertaining to conveyancing, investigation of title, acquisitions and development of projects.
