Chiranjivi Sharma is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Delhi. He regularly handles domestic and international commercial arbitrations as well as arbitration related litigations before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He also represents clients in shareholders / investors disputes and matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code before NCLT Delhi & NCLAT. He appears regularly for clients in commercial litigations on the original as well as appellate side of the Delhi High Court and in consumer disputes before the NCDRC. Apart from appearing on the civil commercial side, Chiranjivi also handles constitutional matters before the Supreme Court of India & the Delhi High Court and white collar crime matters before the Appellate Tribunal in Delhi.
