Astha Mishra Bio

Astha Mishra is part of the firm’s banking and finance practice and has been in firm since 2014. She has completed her B.A. LLB. (Hons) degree from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in the year 2014 with a gold medal in corporate laws. Her area of practice focuses on large variety of debt deals (including debt capital market issuances, loans etc), securitisation and bi-lateral assignment transactions and structured finance. Her clients include several banks, corporates, alternative investment funds, non-banking finance companies, housing finance companies, small finance banks and micro-finance companies.
