Abinash Pradhan is a part of the firm’s real estate, litigation and alternate dispute resolution practice. His area of expertise includes litigation/dispute resolution and arbitration pertaining to real estate & debt – equity transactions, development/redevelopment of properties, municipal and town planning laws, constitutional matters, disputes under Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws etc. He routinely appears in the Bombay High Court and other Tribunals in such matters.
