Robert Collier Bio

Robert Collier heads our Corporate team. He has considerable experience and expertise advising on merger & acquisition work, private equity and venture capital investments, other corporate matters and banking & finance matters. Over a number of years Rob has also developed a special interest in the education sector, undertaking acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews for clients who operate in and investors (both domestic and overseas) who wish to invest into the UK education sector.
