Bio

Koos Tindemans (LLM) has broad experience in M&A, private equity transactions, contract law and corporate litigation. Koos was educated at Tilburg University and started his legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2013. In 2017 he went on secondment to Madrid where he joined the corporate / M&A team. Koos is a true cycle fanatic. He cycles around 7,000 kilometres per year and has climbed several famous mountains, such as Alpe D’Huez, Col du Galibier, Mont Ventoux, El Teide and Pico Veleta. Koos likes to travel to exotic destinations and has a strong connection with Latin America and the Spanish language.
