Stéphane Letranchant Bio

Stéphane Letranchant, partner and co-founder of the VOLT Associés firm, is in charge of the Tax department. After working in Anglo-Saxon firms, Stéphane became a partner at Reed Smith. Stéphane works on a wide range of complex operations and transactions, primarily advising French SMEs and mid-cap companies, French subsidiaries of major international groups, and investment funds on all their national and international tax issues. Stéphane also advises executives and managers on their personal tax matters and assists all of his clients with their tax audits and disputes. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2007, Stéphane holds a DESS in Taxation from Paris V and a Doctorate in Tax Law.
