Emmanuel Vergnaud Bio

Emmanuel Vergnaud, partner and co-founder of VOLT Associés, is one of the partners in charge of the Private Equity / M&A department. After working in Anglo-Saxon firms, Emmanuel was a partner in the firms Reed Smith and Dentons. Emmanuel practices corporate law and specializes in private equity and M&A. He regularly advises French and foreign investment funds and corporate groups on their acquisitions, divestitures, private equity (LBOs, growth capital, or venture capital), and reorganizations. He also regularly assists entrepreneurs with their mergers and acquisitions. Registered with the Paris Bar since 1997, Emmanuel holds the DJCE, a Master's degree in Management Sciences (Paris Dauphine University), a DEA in Public Finance and Taxation (Paris I University – La Sorbonne) and a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation (Paris II University – Panthéon Assas).
