Peter Marshall legal practice focuses on representing private equity funds and other financial sponsors in acquisitions, dispositions and equity financing transactions. His work spans a range of industries, including infrastructure, renewables, consumer technology, healthcare and retail. Peter’s experience extends to financings in the middle of the capital structure—preferred equity, joint ventures, and other special situations work. Peter acts as a talent lead for the Dallas office and is a member of the Renewables Task Force and the Hybrid Capital Task Force. He also serves as a Deputy Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets group.
