Matthew Falcone advises private equity firms, other financial sponsors and public and private companies in connection with strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, structured financings and other special situations transactions. Matt works with clients across a variety of industries, but with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors, including the renewable and sustainable energy and traditional hydrocarbon segments. In 2021, Matt was selected by The Deal as a “Top Rising Star” among U.S.-based, private equity / M&A attorneys.
