and access,
Paul Neibergs represents private companies at all stages of development, from formation to IPO or sale. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, venture financing, intellectual property, licensing, internet regulation, employment law, and commercial contracts. Paul often serves as outside general counsel to his clients, who typically require legal counsel on a range of complex issues and do not want to be handed off to junior lawyers in a big firm. Paul's clients are innovators in their fields, including in web media, clean-tech, and health care. Paul received his law degree in 1988 from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in 1984 from Harvard University, where he also worked as a Teaching Fellow while attending law school. Paul also has a Masters in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley.
