As General Counsel of House of Blues Entertainment, Inc. for ten years, Dan's experience ranged from club and hotel development, commercial and employee litigation, partnerships with multi-national media companies, multi-million dollar private placement funding and, ultimately, the successful sale of the Company. A native New Yorker, Dan received his law degree in 1988 from Brooklyn Law School (J.D., cum laude) and began his legal career with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he was a member of the firm's Corporate and Real Estate practice groups.
