Ms. Casella is a partner at Veneruso, Curto, Schwartz & Curto, LLP and heads up the firm’s Trust and Estates group. She focuses her practice on a comprehensive array of wealth planning and tailors estate plans for each family’s goals and each client’s specific circumstances. She advises clients on, and prepares, last wills and testament, revocable living trusts, durable powers of attorney, medical directives, and a wide range of trust agreements such as insurance trusts and grantor trusts. Her practice incorporates planning with closely held businesses, real estate, and succession planning as well as advanced gift and estate tax planning. Ms. Casella’s practice also includes trust and estate administration, including the probate and administration of wills in addition to advising executors, administrators and trustees in the discharge of their duties. Ms. Casella’s practice intersects with the Real Estate and Corporate Departments at Veneruso, Curto, Schwartz & Curto. She is well versed in the formation of entities as part of an overall estate plan, preparation of organization documents, and in the planning and preparation of business succession documents for family-owned businesses such as buy-sell agreements. In addition, she represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases.
