Jeffrey Ostrager is an experienced business attorney who focuses on corporate, securities, and transactional matters. Jeffrey represents public and private companies in a range of transactions, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt restructurings. He has significant experience providing counsel to public companies on corporate governance, securities law disclosure and compliance, and executive compensation matters. In addition, he represents private equity and investment funds in growth equity and venture capital investments. His broad experience allows him to analyze his clients' goals and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their business objectives. Prior to joining Venable, Jeffrey was a partner at an international law firm based in New York, where he served as chair of the Securities Practice Group and Opinions Committee.
