Douglas Mcdonald focuses on real estate and technology company loan originations, workouts, and dispositions of defaulted loans; real estate transactions, including site acquisition and development, and retail and office leasing; and business counseling. Doug has represented hospitality, financial services, and government contractor clients in virtually every aspect of complex real estate and other business transactions. Doug regularly represents parties in financings secured by multifamily properties or non-real estate assets, including government contractor receivables.
