Rubens Jose Novakoski Fernandes Velloza Bio

Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1991, and currently pursuing a master's degree in Commercial Law. He was a Professor of Tax Law and Administrative Law at the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP). He also taught courses at the Higher School of Law (ESA) of the OAB/SP. He worked at a law firm specializing in business advisory services, was a Senior Tax Consultant for a major American bank and is one of the firm's founding partners.
