Leandro Vilarinho Borges Bio

Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), with a specialization in corporate law. Master in Commercial Law from USP and in Corporation Law from New York University (LL.M.). He attended specialization courses in Corporate and Succession Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions at the São Paulo School of Law of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EDESP/FGV – GVLaw). He was an intern at the Legal Department of XI de Agosto (legal aid office of the Academic Center XI de Agosto – USP). He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the New York Bar and an associate of the Turnaround Management Association of Brazil.
