Bio

Graduated in law from the University of São Paulo (USP), specializing in business law. Master of Business Law from USP and Corporation Law from New York University (LL.M.). He attended specialization courses in Corporate Strategy and Succession and in Mergers and Acquisitions at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation's School of Direct of São Paulo (EDESP / FGV - GVLaw). It was a cool associate of a Chicago startup that provides online content capture and storage services for use as evidence in US courts. He was an intern of the Legal Department XI de Agosto (judicial assistance office of the Academic Center XI de Agosto - USP). He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the New York Bar and an associate of the Turnaround Management Association of Brazil.
