One of the founding partners of Vaughan Avocats with a background in business law and tax, Bruno Courtine’s has over 20 years’ experience in employment law, and provides advice and legal representation to a variety of clients in industrial and commercial sectors. Bruno Courtine has largely contributed to the reputation of the firm by the originality of the solutions it offers in terms of employment management in the context in particular of restructuring, reorganization and merger operations. He is one of the few advisers able to give a complete overview of the corporate, fiscal, social and environmental issues related to this type of project, often associated with important political and media issues. In addition, Bruno Courtine has established unique relationships with the entertainment industry and has contributed to drafting and negotiating the collective bargaining agreements for live performances and cinema. Bruno Courtine regularly conducts training courses, and actively contributes to the development of the firm’s innovative projects.
