Partner in the Human Resources team and initially trained in business law, Bastien Ottaviani is well recognized for his skills in advising top executives and corporate officers. Bastien Ottaviani supports Human resources departments of French companies and large international groups on a daily basis, assisting them in the management of their employee/management relationships and handling individual situations. He has also developed specific expertise in career management for chief executive officers and corporate officers, whom he assists and advises on issues including career development, investment transactions, or negotiating their employment’s termination. He regularily solves conflictual departure’s situations. Bastien Ottaviani works primarily in the automotive, chemical and hotel industries.
