Audrey Garnault Bio

Audrey Garnault is a Partner in the Corporate expertise of Vaughan Avocats’ Rennes office. Audrey, a partner in the Rennes office, advises a wide range of corporate clients on mergers and fund-raising, and provides them with day-to-day advice on all aspects of their corporate life. She is also regularly involved in negotiating takeovers and in structuring and restructuring companies. Prior to joining Vaughan Avocats, Audrey worked as a legal advisor for an accountancy firm, where she assisted a client base of regulated professions (particularly pharmacy) with the formation and structuring of companies. She had previously worked for 8 years as a lawyer in a law firm, dealing with corporate and tax law issues.
