Partner in the Reorganizations & Restructuring team, Aude Serres Van Gaver advises both solvent and distressed companies in connection with managing the employment law aspects of their expansion, restructuring or redevelopment projects. Aude Serres van Gaver provides judiciary administrators, judicial representatives and distressed companies with answers to any employment-related and procedural questions that may arise. She has proven expertise in the management of employment law related issues deriving from safeguard proceedings, bankruptcy and liquidations, both for distressed companies and potential buyers. Her regular work in the industry sector has involved the resolution of omplex issues relating to the closure and takeover of sites and/or companies, reindustrialization and negotiation in crisis situations. Aude Serres van Gaver is a member of AvoSial (trade union of employment lawyers) and AFPDC (French Association of Collaborative Law Practitioners).
