Steven Enwright is a partner in Varnum’s corporate practice group. He provides strategic business advice with a focus on general corporate counseling, capital raising, M&A, strategic alliances and various types of financing. Steve has extensive experience representing clients in the startup and emerging companies space including technology and software developers, data companies, cloud-based service companies, IT companies, marketing agencies, craft breweries and distilleries, chefs and restaurants, podcasters, filmmakers, musicians and artists. In addition, Steve serves in an outside general counsel capacity for a wide range of emerging and middle market companies.
