Siego Boslooper is an experienced specialist in corporate law and is a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences team. Within this discipline she focuses on providing advice and legal assistance in relation to national and international restructuring projects, private equity, joint venture structures, mergers, demergers and corporate governance. She combines her experience of corporate transactions and corporate governance with specific knowledge of and experience in the healthcare & life sciences sector. As a member of both Van Doorne’s civil law notarial team and the Healthcare & Life Sciences team, she is involved in corporate healthcare & life sciences transactions, advising on joint ventures and mergers and demergers in the sector. She also advises clients in the sector on matters of corporate governance. Siego obtained her postgraduate degree in Corporate and Business Law at Grotius Academy and is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries.
