Jasper Leedekerken Bio

Jasper specialises in complex commercial and corporate litigation. In legal proceedings, he represents various national and international prestigious companies. His practice covers a wide range of civil-law liability issues, including disputes on various types of contracts, disputes on torts, mass damage claims and securities litigation. More specifically, Jasper has expertise in commercial and corporate litigation, including takeover and shareholder disputes and proceedings before the Netherlands Enterprise Court. Jasper completed the Grotius specialist course on Corporate Litigation (cum laude). In addition, Jasper is a member of the Litigation Association and the Corporate Litigation Association.
