Jan is a very experienced and internationally recommended tax law specialist. Jan advises on the tax aspects of the national and international real estate practice, national and international merger and acquisition practice including internal reorganisations, and the tax aspects of carried interest remuneration. In addition, Jan has a traditional national and international tax advisory practice. Together with his (civil) corporate law and/or real estate law colleagues, Jan advises on the tax issues arising within the aforementioned focus areas.
