Saman Sadeghi services the Private Equity and Venture Capital market at the fund, deals and portfolio level and is actively involved in a wide range of PE and VC transactions with a particular focus on the MENA region where he has a strong track record in Egypt especially. His practice primarily focuses on the representation of high-growth companies, their founders and investors on a variety of legal and tax matters including deal structuring, seed- and growth- financing and employee incentive plans. In addition, Saman specializes in tax aspects of structuring alternative investment funds including the manager’s remuneration package.
