Saman Sadeghi Bio

Saman’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of high-growth companies, their founders and investors, who are forming, scaling and investing in often emerging and disruptive (tech) companies. Saman has significant experience advising technology and growth companies at all stages of their development on a variety of legal and tax matters, from company formation to liquidity events and all the various types of venture financings and corporate transactions in between including incentive plans, spin-outs, recapitalizations and other corporate reorganizations. He also advises venture capital firms and other institutions investing in technology and growth companies. Speaks Dutch, English and Farsi.
