Rocío specializes in the structuring and setting-up of alternative investment funds focused on a wide variety of asset class. In that context, she regularly assists GPs and seed LPs in the drafting of fund documentation as well as their legal and commercial negotiations. Rocio also actively advises her clients in respect of AIFMD and other regulatory matters. She has a particular expertise in assisting sponsors in their negotiations with DFI’s and other institutional investors. Rocio has a solid experience in advising and developing Spanish clients. She speaks Spanish, English and French.
