Maurits Tausk is primarily involved in corporate law work. With a broad background in M&A, joint ventures and equity finance, he specializes in the formation of investment funds and related corporate transactions. He has wide experience with establishment, restructuring of and investments in private equity, real estate and hedge funds. Maurits is deeply involved in the industry discussion of recent investment fund regulatory developments and in particular the AIFM Directive.
