Christophe Balthazard advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters (including (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, reorganizations and financings) with a particular focus in the private equity / alternative asset management sector. Prior to joining VCL, Christophe has worked over 10 years in Luxembourg in the corporate practice of a Magic Circle firm and as local partner in the M&A/Private Equity practice of a leading US law firm.
