Aston is a corporate/M&A lawyer with a focus on Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions. Having worked in Europe, the US and Asia, Aston has extensive knowledge of international and cross-border transactions. While he has a bias towards the technology industry, he has advised clients that are active in a variety of sectors. Aston also has relevant experience in commercial, employment, finance and IT/tech related matters which he gained as a corporate lawyer.
