Steven Storm has worked as a lawyer and partner at Van Benthem & Keulen since May 2016 in the following practice areas: Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Steven’s expertise is: acquisitions, mergers and corporate law. Steven earned his MBA in 2004 at Nyenrode Business University and in 2016 he was the first lawyer in the Netherlands to be registered as Register Valuator with the Dutch Institute of Register Valuators (NIRV). The attribute that makes Steven stand out as a lawyer is that with his economic and financial knowledge, combined with his legal expertise, he is able to translate the value drivers of a transaction into transaction documentation. Steven also enjoys acting as a strategic sparring partner for clients and their financial advisors.
