Sander Marges has been a lawyer since 2001 and a partner since 2011 at Van Benthem & Keulen in the Corporate/ M&A practice group. Sander’s expertise is: corporate litigation, mergers & acquisitions and company law. Since February 2020 Sander has been a member of the Executive Board of Van Benthem & Keulen. Sander advises and conducts legal proceedings on alliances and corporate takeovers. He has extensive knowledge of the law of legal entities and many years’ experience in transaction practice and litigation practice. This enables him to combine high-quality solutions with a practical approach. Sanders also advises companies and institutions in a wide range of sectors on optimum legal structures. In addition, he frequently advises directors and supervisors on their legal position. And he supervises shareholder disputes and other disputes within and between companies. Furthermore, he provides legal assistance in many corporate takeovers.
