Bernardo Diniz De Ayala is the current managing partner of Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho. He has over 30 years’ experience advising on public law, infrastructure projects (including project finance) and dispute resolution (including arbitration, public law litigation and multijurisdictional litigation), and is recognised as one of Portugal’s leading practitioners in these areas. Bernardo advises a broad spectrum of clients on public procurement (particularly project financing structures); domestic and multijurisdictional litigation and arbitration concerning public and administrative law issues; the civil liability of public authorities; M&A in regulated sectors; privatisations; regulatory matters; and financial products contracted by public entities.
