Laurence Bulan Bio

Laurence assists French speaking investors in corporate transactions on the Italian market and in cross-border litigation, as well as Italian clients operating in France, especially in litigation, commercial and corporate law. She was involved in a number of important investment transactions executed by French operators in Italy, in particular in the water, energy, transportation and infrastructure sectors. Laurence graduated from Paris II – Panthéon Assas University (DESS droit des affaires et fiscalité) and is a member of the was admitted to the Bar in Paris. Prior to joining Ughi and Nunziante, Laurence gained 11 years’ experience in leading law firms in Italy, after having served for more than 8 years as Head of the Legal Department of a large Veolia group company in France
