Giacomo Bonfante Bio

Giacomo has a solid experience in commercial contracts and corporate law matters, subjects on which he also provides ongoing advice and litigation and arbitration support. He also assists national and international clients in domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on the small and mid-cap sector. Giacomo deals with debt restructurings and corporate crises and has developed significant expertise and experience in this area, assisting financial institutions, investors and companies in distress, with a particular focus on family-owned businesses. Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Giacomo gained over 20 years of experience in leading Italian law firms. He earned his degree from the University of Verona and was admitted to the Bar in 2007.
