Filippo Siano Bio

Filippo has extensive experience in corporate law, with particular reference to M&A matters, private equity, real estate and in general to extraordinary transactions, in all their phases. He deals with corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, general corporate consulting and commercial contracts. He also deals with arbitration and litigation proceedings in corporate matters. He graduated from the Università Statale in Milan and was admitted to Milan Bar Association since in 1998. He is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts since 2011. Before joining Ughi e Nunziante, Filippo worked for many years in leading Italian and English firms, and then carried out his activity independently for a few years.
