Amon Airoldi Bio

Amon advises Italian and foreign investors and private equity funds on corporate and M&A matters, in particular domestic and cross-border acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts. He also has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, turnarounds and debt restructuring, as well as distressed M&A transactions and the issuance of equity or hybrid participating financial instruments as a means of overcoming financial difficulties; in corporate finance and restructuring, Amon assists both private companies and financial lenders. He also deals with arbitration and litigation proceedings in corporate matters. Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Amon gained over 12 years of experience with a leading Italian firm. He earned his degree from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Bar in 2008.
