Alessandro is specialized in corporate law, commercial law, business compliance, and litigation related to the distribution of financial products. He assists multinational clients operating in the luxury, automotive, industrial graphics, chemical, medical devices, precision electronics, and food sectors. Alessandro serves as the chairman or member of Supervisory Bodies and has experience as a Data Protection Officer for complex companies, thanks to his expertise in business compliance and privacy. He has worked as general counsel in multinational companies in Italy and abroad and continues to serve as an external legal consultant for various corporate entities. He graduated from the University of Milan and is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
