and access,
Lori Pittman Haas represents commercial real estate clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial properties. Her clients range from national retailers whose businesses involve the use of hazardous materials to commercial real estate clients with various business interests, such as grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, hotels, oil change facilities, manufacturing, warehouses, trucking terminals, and the ownership and management of office buildings and mixed-use projects. Lori also has a robust leasing practice (representing landlords and tenants) for retail, office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities with a mix of space leases and ground leases. With a background working on the business side of real estate, Lori has a unique understanding of the goals and challenges her clients face. She effectively blends her legal skills and business acumen to achieve her clients’ objectives. Before attending law school, Lori was the real estate manager for a convenience store chain with approximately 1,000 stores located throughout seven Midwestern states, managing the company’s real estate portfolio and working on new store development.
