Paul O’Brien Bio

Paul works on a wide range of corporate law matters including sales and acquisitions of companies, corporate restructurings, investments and shareholders’ agreements and the provision of general corporate law advice to company shareholders and directors. He has a particular focus on private equity and venture capital investments and regularly acts for investors (institutional and private) and investee companies. Paul was awarded the Insider Dealmaker of the Year at the Northern Ireland Insider Dealmaker Awards 2023.
