Michael Mccord leads the commercial dispute resolution team and is regarded as a market leader for construction disputes. He has been a Partner since 2003. He provides advice to clients in relation to building contract litigation and arbitration, professional negligence claims, property litigation and debt recovery. He also has wide experience of advising in relation to company shareholder disputes. His breadth of experience in handling commercial disputes has earned him a reputation as a top commercial litigator.
