Jennifer Lin Bio

Jennifer Lin is the managing partner of Tsar & Tsai Law Firm in Taiwan and has been practicing law since 1980. Jennifer specializes in dispute resolution, intellectual property law, antitrust law, corporate law, government procurement law and mergers & acquisitions and has vast experience of representing multi-national companies in complex domestic and international transactions and business disputes. Jennifer also serves as a director of National Taiwan University Law Foundation, a director of R.O.C. International Federation of Women Lawyers, Vice President of Asia Patent Attorneys Association and Chairman of Tsar & Tsai Foundation.
