Yen-Ling Liu has more than 20 years practicing experience in various civil, criminal and administrative litigious proceeding. Yen-Ling also has demonstrated expertise in labor disputes, intellectual property rights, liability insurance claim, alcohol beverage control, commercial disputes and general corporate matters. Yen-Ling also provides labor dispute advice for clients in various industries, including semi-conductor manufacturers, chemical supplier, food companies, alcohol and beverage companies, multinational software industry, insurance industry and gaming industry. Yen-Ling helped the clients to deal with the administrative proceeding related to labor inspection, sexual harassment complaint investigation, employee disciplinary actions, labor union, unfair employment practice complaint, etc. Yen-Ling has also been handling labor dispute mediation, injunction for interim reinstatement, civil litigations for wrongful termination and reinstatement, etc. Yen-Ling is currently the director of Taiwan Trademark Association. Yen-Ling was appointed as Chairman of the 29th Trademark Law Committee, Taipei Bar Association (2020-2023) and also had membership in the Enforcement Committee (2018-2019) and Parallel Imports Committee (2020-2021) of International Trademark Association INTA.
