Vincent Lin is a partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm. Vincent focuses his practice on commercial litigation, general corporate matters and anti-trust laws for both domestic and foreign clients. Vincent has more than 23 years of experience representing multi-national companies in litigation, general corporate matters, anti-trust issues and government investigations. Vincent has represented various multi-national corporations on cases involving patent rights abuse, patent infringement, fair trade and antitrust issues. Vincent has also participated in numerous cross-border transactions by assisting in legal due diligence review and analysis of potential and threatened litigations and disputes faced by the target companies. Vincent is also an expert on corporate law, having focused his masters and Ph.D. study on corporate law. He has previously represented directors of publicly traded companies in civil and criminal litigations involving insider trading, embezzlement, securities fraud and futures fraud. Vincent has been recognized by Asia Business Law Journal as one of Taiwan's Top 100 Lawyers for 2024. Vincent once served as Chair of the Committee of Practice of the Intellectual Property Court, the Taiwan Patent Attorney Association. Vincent also served as an adjunct associate professor at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
