Shahliza Chaudary has over 15 years on commercial property and development projects working with housing associations, charities, NHS Trusts and private sector clients. Shahliza acts for the public and private sector clients on site acquisition for residential development schemes including advising on lender's requirements for security. Shahliza has a wide range of property experience including advising NHS clients on disposal and redevelopment of surplus estate (including hospitals), ancillary town and country planning matters, and adding further value by securing overage payments. Shahliza has advised on numerous development schemes for the construction and operation of new primary and community healthcare facilities including also healthcare projects delivered under NHS LIFT. Shahliza also advises on commercial leases and general landlord and tenant matters.
